SITRIC ACID CHINA

General Information
It is an organic weak acid which initiates the krebs cycle in colorless, crystalline and oxygenated respiration at room temperature with a chemical formula C6H8O7. It is in the form of anhydrous or monohydrate. While the acid is crystallized in hot water, the monohydrate state crystallizes in cold water. It has a pH value of 3.5 and is similar to a carboxylic acid. It goes through physiological processes where oils, proteins and carbohydrates are oxidized and converted into carbon dioxide and water.

Production and Reactions
Naturally, most of the fruits and vegetables are produced from lemons. Microbial production was carried out on the surface of sugar and salt solution using Aspergillus niger microorganism.

Usage areas

Medicine
In the pharmaceutical industry, it dissolves by foaming, preserves the rapid dissolution of the active ingredients and the stability of the substance.

Cosmetic
In this sector, the metal ion complexizer enhances the effect of methyl parabens and provides ph balance.

Concrete
In this sector, it is used as a set retarder, water reducing agent in concrete and cement.

food
In this sector there is a wide range of use. To control the pH of the food, to control the pH, to prevent crystallization in confectionery, as a food additive in frozen foods, to taste in soft drinks, to prevent sugar loss in alcoholic beverages, to provide long-term use of canned food.

Hygiene
