While the water solubility can be observed easily, they are insoluble in ethanol. It is chemically stable under normal conditions when stored under normal conditions. It can be biodegradable and disposed of with regular waste and sewage water according to regional laws.
Production and Reactions
It can be produced as a result of the complete neutralization process of high purity sodium sourced citric acid and subsequent crystallization.
Ph control in food, aroma balance, to give flexibility to the cheese, ice cream in the oil globules to prevent the adhesion of each other, is used to help retain the carbonization.
In the pharmaceutical industry, anti-plaque, as anticoagulating agent, is used as calcium complexing agent.
It is used to rapidly react with other chemicals by biodegrading and replacing with phosphates.
It is used as a release agent in metal coating.
It is used as blowing and nucleating agent in plastic products during production.
It is used as a component of the staining plate emulsions in photochemically.
